We're looking for someone to take over our lease starting July 7, with an option to extend the lease beyond July 31. Our apartment is a 1BD/1BA top floor apartment, with great natural lighting and a cool breeze during the summer months. It's a 5 minute walk to downtown Palo Alto (i.e., University Ave).

Rent is $2795, which includes a covered parking spot. Utilities are separate. There's also laundry on-site.
