I am a grad student in clinical psychology living in San Francisco who is looking to sublet my room for the summer. The dates are flexible and I can pro-rate the rent based on the weeks someone is staying, just let me know! The rent if $1300 + utilities (usually no more than ~$50)

The room is the Mission on 25th and Bryant. The bedroom gets lots of light and you will be staring the bathroom with Alie, a 30 year old lady who enjoys cooking and reading. Your third roommate will be Arielle, a 28 year old gal who is a paralegal on the tech scene. We like to keep our place tidy, stay pretty low key, and respect common spaces. We have no rules about overnight guests or a specific cleaning schedule, just tend to contribute equally.

You will also have access to a shared backyard space. We're about a 10min walk to the 24th Bart station and close to the many great restaurants and bars along the 24th st. corridor (we are a block away). There's a laundromat across the street that's really accessible and doesn't get too busy. We're also close to Bernal and Percita Park, a favorite weekend destination.
