Cozy, quiet one bedroom (with private bathroom) will be available for a one-year lease starting July 1 (flexible) in our 3BR/3BA condo in Menlo Park. Roommates are two women, late twenties to early thirties, would prefer the same: no smoking, no pets. Would prefer someone who is super-clean and responsible. Room and house available to view on weekends (starting June 22--23).
