Hi - I'm a Stanford student looking to sublet my room in Rains student housing from early July - late August

I'll be away for research from July 4th - August 23rd and I'm looking to rent the apartment for 6 or 7 weeks while I'm gone for $1200/month. We can prorate so that you would only be paying for the weeks you're there (and not two whole months).

We can arrange the sublet through Stanford housing (that way you get all the benefits of student housing - e.g. lockout assistance, fix-it maintenance and repairs, etc), so you'll need to be a Stanford affiliate to sublet. https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/sublicense

Preference goes to someone who is looking to rent for at least 6 weeks.
