A living room of a 3Br2Ba unit in College Terrace is available for rent starting on July 1st. Long-term rent is preferred.
Bedroom and kitchen is shared with other roommates.
The place is only 2 min walk to Stanford EV and 15 min bike to Stanford Main Quad.
Stanford free shuttle station(C line and shopping express) is 2 min walk away. Shuttles can reach main campus and the nearby grocery stores, Walmart, Target, etc.
Monthly rent is around $800 (The current contract is until August 18th, the rent is subject to change after contract renewal)
Utilities not included, washer and dryer inside the house.
Living room is fully furnished (desk, chair, bed, nightstand, closet), additional fee applies to furniture. Space is fully separated from the rest of the house with curtain, and no interference of personal space at anytime.
