A single bedroom in a house in a well-located, residential part of Palo Alto. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtubs. Three bedrooms are currently occupied by three male Stanford recent grads, who are former and current startup founders from YC and other programs.

There's a fully equipped kitchen (stove, chimney, dishwasher, microwave, utensils), a drawing room, and a laundry room.

The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, closet, desk, office chair, and an organizer. Utilities are 100 USD a month.

The house is a 20 min bike ride from Stanford and the Town and Country Village, 13 min to the Cal Ave Caltrain station, 7 min to Safeway, and close to several grocery/shopping places.
