Who are we?

We are SaaSBox, an early stage start-up, making it easier for people to launch online businesses and start acquiring customers right away (saasbox.net). Our founders are Stanford researchers and experienced entrepreneurs. We are looking for a user experience researcher who will assist the team in customer discovery process. The researcher will be conducting in person and phone interviews with target customers and will report insights to the head of research. 


Who are you?


A motivated individual who is 

• Passionate about human research, pursuing a degree in sociology, psychology, anthropology or a related field.
• Motivated for self-learning and development.
• An excellent communicator
• Has basic data organization and analysis skills (Excel, Google docs, R)
• Familiarity with design thinking way of building products is desirable. 

You will have the flexibility to work remotely. We will be meeting weekly or on demand at a co-working space in Palo Alto. We are looking for at least 10 hours/week commitment. Pay is negotiable depending on experience and number of hours per week.
