Private room in a sunny, renovated 3B/2B house for $1,500/month. The house is a 10-minute bike ride from campus, and a 5-minute bike ride from the Caltrain.

I have not moved into the house yet, so the only furniture available will be a bed with a mattress. This means that the closet space in the room will be all yours! (The picture shows an empty room because the bed will be delivered this week. It is a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress.)

You'll have access to an updated kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a garden.

My two roommates will move in on July 15th. We are looking for a female subletter who is reasonably clean, and who will respect housemates and the space.
