I am looking to fill a bedroom in our spacious 4bd/2ba house on a large lot, perfectly situated in Midtown Palo Alto. We are ideally looking for someone who would be staying for 6+ months.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, giant backyard space, W/D, kitchen with full appliances and gas stove, dishwashing machine, and a housecleaner who comes 2x/month. The house has all the amenities you're looking for and is in a great location.

The available room is the master bedroom suite (approx. 15'X13') with its own private entrance to the backyard. It's a giant room with great potential and comes unfurnished. The floor is slightly slanted on one small section of the room, but it's easily managed.

Rent is a steal at $1050/month + utilities.

Utilities including internet and 2x/month cleaner usually run around $150/month/person. In general, our place is a low key place. Our landlord keeps the rent low to support young professionals. We don't bother him much and try to do small repairs on our own which is how our rent is really low for Palo Alto. There is plenty of storage around the house and in the attic.

About the housemates: Raul got his master’s degree at Stanford and is working in San Jose. Ashley graduated from Michigan State and is working for a security firm in Menlo Park. I am a medical fellow at Stanford Hospital. We are low key in general but also very friendly.
