I’m a current Stanford grad student (male) looking for housemates to renew my lease with in Palo Alto. I've lived in the house for the past two years, and really like it here. I don’t drink or smoke or play loud music, and would love to share a house with people of similar habits :)

The lease would start in mid-September, but my room will be vacant from 8/25 until then, so earlier move-ins may be able to be arranged!

Location:
5 min bike / 10 min walk to Cal Ave Caltrain station
5 min bike / 10 min walk to Midtown Shopping Center (Safeway, etc.)
15 min to Stanford campus by bike

Two bedrooms are available for rent:

• The bedroom that shares a bathroom with my room is $1200
• The master bedroom (with its own bathroom) is $1330

The bedrooms face north – really nice on hot days.
