We're a female Stanford Postdoc and PhD student (Econ and MS&E) and are renting a beautiful 4BR house in downtown Palo Alto starting mid-August. We're looking for 2 roommates to move into our new home with. All identities welcome! Budget: $1700- $1850/month all included.

About us (your potential new roommates):

• We're both from Germany, love to travel, and love to host the occasional dinner party
• We're physically active, like art, music & culture and choose weekend activities accordingly
• We're clean and are looking for roommates who respect common spaces

About you:

• You care about contributing to making our home a warm and welcoming space
• You're responsible and reliable when it comes to house chores and other respectful behaviors that are important for living together successfully
• You're fairly laid-back, social and ok with the occasional dinner party/ cookout/ Euro-inspired wine and cheese vibes in the house :)
• $1700-$1850/ month of rent (utilities included) is within budget for you (this is the higher end of the range we're considering)
• You can commit to a 12-month lease starting mid-August
