I am looking for new roommate(s) for my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Santa Clara located close to a Walmart, a bunch of restaurants on Saratoga/Stevens Creek and the Santana Row strip.

THE ROOM AND APARTMENT
The master bedroom is 11'4" x 14'3" (162 squared feet) and has a private ensuite bathroom. It's unfurnished. You’ll be living in a 2-bedroom apartment located in the Spring Creek Apartments complex, close to the 280 highway. The closest Caltrain station is a 20-minute bike ride away.

I drive to work every day, so we could carpool if needed!

Amenities include:
-In-unit washer/dryer (free, yay!)
-A large living room with a fireplace (so nice!) and a flat-screen TV (including an Apple TV for streaming anything you desire!)
-A big balcony
-A pool, a hot tub and a sauna
-Access to a pretty equipped gym as well as a clubhouse
-Two reserved parking spots (one per bedroom)

YOUR ROOMMATE
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me - a 28-year-old female professional. I work as a writer in the communications department at Stanford. I'm looking for either a female/male roommate or a couple who are friendly and communicative.

RENT AND STUFF
-Rent is $1,750 per month if you're living alone and $2,030 if you're moving in as a couple, plus utilities/Internet. The security deposit is $250.
-The apartment will be under a one-year lease contract that starts on Sept. 1. Your name will be added to the lease.
-No smoking, please.
