I used this book in the 2016-2017 summer quarter and I bought it from the Stanford bookstore at more than $200. I'm not sure if this is still the current edition. I don't live in Palo Alto anymore but will mail you the book at your expense. Shouldn't be more than $5 for media snail mail. :)
