I am a male PhD student looking to move for the fall quarter. I would like to move toward the end of August, but I can be flexible on move-in date. I am also flexible on location and length of lease. I value being able to live independently, which is why I am seeking a studio or some other arrangement where I can live without roommates/housemates. Let me know if you know of anything.
