The place is just 5miles from capus. With bike about 30min, car 15min. 1-2 people are commuting to campus every day by car or uber (ride sharing possible).

Rent is 1100month + service charges.

(After Oct 7 the place is still available, however, everone else is moving out. So if you would like to stay in this great place you would need to find roommates or even better, have friends who'd like to move in afterwards :) Our landlord is absolutely amazing and there were no problems whatsoever. All repairs and expenses were reimbursed without any issues)
