Hi, I am subletting my room for a month(check-in 09/26/19 3 pm, check-out 10/26/19 3 pm). This is an in-law unit of a house in Mountain View. You will share a bathroom with another male tenant. The landlords are an old Chinese couple who speak both Mandarin and English. They are nice and easy-going.

The house is 20 min drive to Stanford, 10 min bike to google campus, 7 min drive to Costco and 8 min bike to Caltrain Station/Safeway/Walmart. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and there is plenty of free street parking. Free tennis and basketball courts are within 10 mins walking distance.

The room is about 16'X12', fully furnished and has good wifi connection. Washer and drier are located right outside the room and are free to use. You will have space in the fridge and can use the kitchen for light cooking but please don't occupy it for too long. No overnight guests allowed. I will use some storage space underneath the bed and inside the wardrobe.

The rent is 900 for the month including all utility. If you wish to rent for less than a month, the cost would be $30 per day for a minimum of $750.
