The place is just 5miles from capus. With bike about 30min, car 15min. 1-2 people are commuting to campus every day by car or uber (ride sharing possible).

Rent is 1100/month + service charges.

Available any time from NOW (monthly rent+charges will be prorated per day) until Sep 30.

(The place is still available afterwards, however, everone else is moving out. That means: If you would like to stay in this great place afterwards you would need to find roommates or even better, have friends who'd like to move in afterwards :) Our landlord is absolutely amazing and there were no problems whatsoever. All repairs and expenses were reimbursed without any issues)
