The following rooms are available for the following dates:

Upstairs Master (own bathroom): 9/1 - 9/20: $1,300 for the time period
Upstairs Room (shared bathroom): 9/1 -9/19: $1,000 for the time period
Upstairs Room (shared bathroom): 9/1 -9/13: $700 for the time period
Upstairs Room (shared bathroom): 9/7 -9/21: $800 for the time period

**All prices do not include utilities + small cleaning fee. We will make sure utility costs only reflect your time staying with us.

-Fully updated house 12 minute drive from campus
-Available from 6/23 - 9/19
-Current tenants are business school students
-Large common spaces (living room, kitchen, dining room)
-Shared full bathroom with jack and jill sinks
-Located near Atherton train stop

Note: There are four identical houses on the same property (4 BR 2.5 BA); a few pictures are attached below across houses, we can locate the exact room you will stay in and send photos once interested.
