Hi there! We are looking for a roommate to take over our previous roommate's lease starting September 1. (Earlier move-in around mid-August also available.) The base price will be $1225/month + utilities, which range from $40 per person in the summer months to $80 per person in the winter.

Your future room:

• Spacious private bedroom with closet space and private walk-in access from garage or via living room
• Parking spot in covered garage is included in rental price
• Shared bathroom and shower with female roommate (female roommates preferred)

Your future neighborhood:

• A 5 min drive/20 minute walk from public transit stations and restaurants in downtown Mountain View
• A 2 min drive to the US 101 entrance
• A 5 min walk to a Google campus, or tech company shuttle stops

Your future home:

• In-unit washer and dryer
• Front yard/private patio area
• 3 BR/2 BA with 2 other roommates
• We love dog and cat videos, but unfortunately don't have a lease that allows pets - sorry!

Your future roommates:

We enjoy quiet weekday evenings watching Star Trek, and if we're feeling really adventurous, the spontaneous boba run to Happy Lemon.
