One of our housemates in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental house will be moving out on September 15th, and the remaining three of us are looking for 1 roommate to take that spot in our nice/quiet house in Mountain View.

· Cal Train Station- 1.0 miles

· Stanford University- 5.5 miles

Room 1: $1100- Taken by a 25 year old female life scientist
Room 2: $1200- Open!
Room 3: $1200- taken by a 25 year old male life scientist
Room 4: $1400- taken by a 25 year old male medical research scientist (me!).

The first three rooms share a bathroom. is a relatively nice and clean house in a good neighborhood/location with really low rent for the area.

Us: We’re low key but social roommates- we all spend a lot of time at work, but chat and socialize after or on weekends (sometimes over dinner and Netflix). Much of the time we just do our own thing.

You: Guy or girl, 20's-30's, student or professional. Friendly and respectful and reasonably clean. The current roommates will do a meet/greet with you to make sure that you'd be a fair fit with the house. We all work a lot and don't spend a ton of time at home, but it's still important to get along!

House habits: Keep the house clean by participating in chores (~5-15 minutes per week). Preferably no giant keg parties or things of that type (dinner with friends/ low key events are welcome).

Location! We're in a nice residential neighborhood, walking distance to Safeway, with a 2 car driveway and lots of safe and available street parking out front. Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the garage. Yard: Nice garden and picnic table out back with fruit trees. The price is really good for the area. Utilities typically run ~$80/month including internet.
