I'm subletting my room in Palo Alto for the next month - the house is conveniently located near public transport, and the housemates (two guys, a software engineering intern and a visiting scholar at Stanford respectively) have been nothing but quiet and respectful all summer.

5 min bike / 10 min walk to Cal Ave Caltrain station
5 min bike / 10 min walk to Midtown Shopping Center (Safeway, etc.)

The rent can be prorated according to length of stay. A security deposit (amount depends on length of stay) will be required by the landlord.
