I have to move out of state and looking to rent this apartment in downtown Oakland (1BR/1ba) for the rest of the lease term (end of March 2020) starting in September or latest October 1st move-in. It's walking distance from 19th St, 12th St, and Lake Merritt Bart stations (10 min walk), it's two blocks from Lake Merritt and very close to Fox Theater area for drinks & food! It's great for a one person or a couple.
