I'm looking for a female roommate to fill a bedroom in a 2BR/1BA apartment on Glenwood Ave (near downtown Menlo Park) starting September 1. The price is $1562 plus around $100 utilities each (electricity, water, wifi, garbage) with $250 deposit at move in.

The room is unfurnished, spacious and receives great light throughout the day.

The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood and very walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops: 5 minute walk to Menlo Park CalTrain station (BOH Marguerite line to Stanford runs from here), 10 minute walk to downtown Menlo Park, 15 minute walk to Trader Joe's and Safeway.

There is a parking spot and shared laundry room available in the apartment complex.

I am a research technician in a lab at Stanford and I am looking for a female roommate who is similarly clean, quiet, no pets and non-smoking and who is looking to rent for at least 6 months.
