A sublet for a room for a female in grad housing on campus at Stanford, you have to be an enrolled grad student (matriculated or non-matriculated), one person only

A private room (furnished) for a female with three other girls in the apartment

Has to be Stanford grad student to be eligible, both matriculated and non-matriculated can apply

I have rented this sublet, but have since found a place from Sep 1st, so the original lease holder (a Stanford grad student) has agreed to transfer it to another person if I find them. Basically, I'd like to recover at least partially the double rent that I am paying, so I would consider a partial term for you too, if you are interested in two weeks maybe.

Please, email me at idaliya@stanford.edu with confirmation of your status at Stanford and your Stanford email. Let me know the time you want to stay there and how much you are willing to pay. I am currently paying almost $1100 for the dates Aug 29-Sep 22, I'll consider offers that help me recover a high proportion of the rent (make an offer). $800 for the whole period or we can negotiate for a shorter time. If we agree on this, there will be an official lease transfer from me to you and with the original lease holder signing, so it's all legit.
