Originally from India, been in the US for over 6 years now, moved to Bay area last year. I like to spend my weekends hiking/exploring the neighborhood/working out or relax with indoor activities - boardgames, movies, music and paint. I am a vegetarian, non-smoker, and appreciate a housemate who would clean after themselves appropriately.
It's a quiet community so no partying and loud noise; limiting frequency of people coming over will be greatly appreciated.

Rent: $1450 with $1000 deposit (negotiable based on length of stay)
