• proximity to Santana Row
• close to Cupertino
• close to 280
• quiet and safe suburb/apartment area

NOTES

• upstairs neighbors tend to be a bit noisy
• landlord very friendly and does maintenance on the property himself
• no stove/oven but they allow electric stove + microwave + toaster ovens (which has worked fine for me)
• small space but two people can make it work :)

Rent is $1400/month including utilities and the security deposit is $1000!
