* Private full bath (bathroom is not ensuite but is not shared)

* 3br/3ba/3 story house
* Kitchen with gas range, double oven, dishwasher, large fridge
* Living room with 65" TV and fire place
* Patio with bay views - our fave place for morning coffee!
* Backyard with BBQ grill, fire pit, seating and sweet mood lighting at night.
* Washer/Dryer in the garage

* Guest suite on the 1st floor (we have overnight guests stay from time to time)

* 20 min walk to BART, 15 min bike to Caltrain, close to tech shuttle stops, fast access to 101, lots of street parking
* 6 min walk to Bernal Heights park (best views in the city!), 7 min to picnicking at Precita Park, 10 min to restaurants on Cortland Ave, 10 min to BAREBOTTLE BREWERY
* Great location for people who want to experience San Francisco but with an easy commute to the south bay

* We're a couple. We both commute to jobs on the peninsula (one at Stanford)
* We enjoy hiking, watching college football, cooking, exploring SF, and travel.
