Looking for a graduate student/postdoc to sublet my 1 BR in a 2 BR (with one bathroom) apartment in UCSF Mission Bay Housing. My roommate is a male postdoc at UCSF.

Sublet is available starting mid-November/December 1st and will run for several months (2-4 months). Rent for the bedroom is $1473.50 per month (one half of total monthly rent). Kitchen and living room come fully furnished. Bedroom furniture (bed frame, mattress, two night stands, desk, book shelf) is also available for sale, in part or whole.
