As a Stanford MD with experience in child psychiatry and ten decades of coaching students, I can help. I have helped clients create a success map, develop a healthy sleep routine, build their social support and gain confidence. I am a skilled tutor and applications essay reviewer if that is part of what your teen needs for their success. But success is also how they treat their loved ones at home, how they create goals for themselves, and how they take care of their mental health.
What can I do for you and your teen? I can be their success coach by meeting with them either in person or on video call to create a customized success plan. The meetings can be as frequent as you and your teen feel necessary, which can be multiple times per week or once a month. I can be available for daily coaching through text messages as they create important new habits.
