I'm a new post-doc at Stanford in Materials Science and Engineering. My lease of this 2B1B apartment starts on 10/26/2019. It's also fine if you want to move in a few days later. I'm looking for a female roommate to stay in one of the bedrooms as soon as she can. It's fine that you stay here month-to-month with a 30-days notice of leaving or stay here for a longer time. I will prefer the person who can stay for a longer term.

The apartment is quiet, beautiful and spacious. The two bedrooms are of almost the same size. The rent is $1500 per person. We will share the utility fee including only electricity, gas and internet. Other things are included in the rent. You are welcome to bring a cat with you if you have one because this apartment allows cats.

The inside of the apartment is brand new. The neighborhood is very quiet and are surrounded by houses. I can send you the video that I took of the apartment. This apartment is very close to Downtown and Caltrain. Approximately 5 mins to downtown. It's only about 2 miles to Stanford campus. It's easy to bike to campus.

I have been sharing apartments with other people for 5 years. I'm quite easy-going, so I believe that we can get along. I enjoy hiking and watching movies during my free time. We can talk more if you have any concern.
