I just got assigned the school housing and would like to transfer my current housing in Mountain View.

It has Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher in unit and the apartment is recently renovated. The apartment complex has Fitness center/Swimming pool/Clubhouse/Grilling area/Package lockers very close to the apartment. It also has timely on-site maintenance. Covered parking is available right under the apartment.

The location is close to downtown Mountain View (many restaurants), San Antonio Shopping center and 18 min drive to school.

You can have my furnitures for free (some were bought very recently).

The lease ends at next June 1st (2020).

The rent is $1817 + utilities.

You will live with an easy-going female Stanford student. My roommate wants to live with a quiet roommate that throws parties rarely (you can use the clubhouse though). And she will conform to her requirements herself.
