I am looking to find a respectful/tidy female subletter for a fully-furnished studio during winter break.

Rent is $45/day, so it will be $945 (21 nights) total for the proposed period: 12/15/19 – 01/05/20
Studio is nicely located in EV, about a 10 minute walk to main campus and less than a mile from California Ave. Apartment includes kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Space is fully furnished (bed, sofa, desk, coffee table, seating). Laundry is also free. Since it is a short stay, I am not planning to move my stuff. But there should be plenty of space for you to store your belongings.
