Lots of natural light, no shared walls, wooden floors, heater, dishwasher and washing machine. Street parking. First two months include: queen bed, nightstand, 6-drawer dresser, couch, papasan chair, coffee table, bookshelves, desk and dining table. Linens, cutlery and crockery are also provided.

Neighborhood and Location:
Quiet and extremely safe neighborhood. Within walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS, Walgreens, dry cleaners, restaurants and bars. Close to several churches, parks and Palo Alto public library. One block from University Avenue downtown Palo Alto and a short walk/bike ride to Stanford University. A few blocks from the Caltrain Palo Alto station.
