Hi! We are subletting our one-bedroom duplex in Escondido Village for the winter. Dates are flexible; it will be available December 17/18th at the earliest, and we'd prefer to rent to someone who wants to stay for the entire winter quarter. Rent is prorated at $2103/month + $500 security dollar deposit.

This is a lovely apartment with huge windows, lots of light, and friendly neighbors. It's a great place for cat-lovers too: the neighbors have very friendly cats. However, please be aware of nearby construction.

We will leave all furniture, books, dishes, and cooking equipment, but we will store most of our personal belongings. We've subleased our place two summers through SUPost and it's been a great experience both times. Happy to share references.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
