I am moving out of my house and am looking for someone to take over my room starting December 1st (date flexible)

It is a room and a shared bathroom in a 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse located at the border of Sunnyvale/Mountain View. The house has 2 living rooms, a large kitchen with modern appliances. Washer/dryer in house. The layout is perfect to allow social time and tranquility as the bedrooms are all located on the top floor and the living rooms and kitchen are on the lower levels.
My 2 roommates (M) are Stanford alumni, nonsmokers, into cycling, BBQs, boardgames and hiking. I had a great time living with them for almost 2 years.

The rent is $1250 a month plus utilities. I can leave the room with furniture if needed, or empty.
