About me: I take every three months off to go on vacation to a different country. I can afford to do this because my rent is extremely cheap. I have many positive reviews from people who stayed here, and have been subletting this room for the last 7 years.

Room available between December 13-January 17(Flexible Dates), and will be rented to the person who will stay the longest period of time/pays upfront. $20/a night, Downtown Palo Alto.

The reason why the rent is so cheap is that you will have an empty room in a not so empty house. The house is a complete mess and the landlord is a hoarder, especially in books and electronics (he used to be Steve Job's best friend and was backstabbed in the Aston Kutcher movie).

The room is great however (Memory Foam Mattress, air purifier, quietness).
