We have an unfurnished room downstairs in a 4BR/2BA home in East Palo Alto for rent. The room is approximately 11'x11' + a closet. You will also have an extra closet in the hall adjacent to your room. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 male. Rent will be $1100/mo + utilities (usually about ~$100-150/mo per person). The deposit is 1 months rent ($1100). Current lease is until May 2020.

The home includes a fully-furnished kitchen & dining area, oversized washer & dryer, living room, central heat, fenced back yard, garage & driveway, and plenty of storage space.

We are very close to Ikea, Home Depot, Nordstrom Rack, Target, and the Baylands Trails. Easy access to 101 and just 5 miles from Stanford (~10-15 minutes with no traffic, ~22-25 minutes by bike).

Current housemates are 2 females and 1 male. We all currently work at Stanford (postdoctoral fellow, nurse, and radiology tech student). Everyone is laid back, considerate, clean, and we mostly keep to our own schedules. There are already 2 dogs in the home, and we cannot take any more pets. Sorry!
We are looking for someone who is similarly considerate and clean. No smoking please.
