Hi! Offering my private bedroom within a 3BR house for the duration of winter break to a cleanly person of any gender. It is a very cozy room with a queen sized bed with a bathroom shared with at most one other person. The house has ample living room space and a fully stocked kitchen, and is located just a few blocks from downtown Palo Alto / University Ave. The other house mates are male Stanford affiliates but will mostly be gone.

Asking for $350/week or $1350 for the entire time, and a $500 security deposit that will be returned at the end of the stay. Open to couples as well, would greatly prefer Stanford affiliates.
