• Located in very convenient neighborhood in central Palo Alto (4129 El Camino Way).
• 10min drive or 15min bike ride from Stanford University.
• One bedroom apartment with its own bathroom, kitchen and heating unit.
• Washer/dryer on site and also a swimming pool outside the apartment.
• All utilities (water, electricity) included in the rent.

I lived here for 5 months and am absolutely happy about everything. I am not taking my furnitures so you can have the apartment furnished (with two mattresses, a sofa, and some kitchen equipments) if you like. This is a huge plus and I bet you can't find apartments with matching prices around the area.
