· Leasing duration: December 20, 2019 ~ September 30, 2020

· $1700/month (not including utilities)

· Room: 1B1B in a 2-bedroom apartment, including a walk-in closet and your own private bathroom.

· Roommates: The other 1B1B is currently occupied by a couple, both working in tech companies (Lovely roommies both from Taiwan! We speaks English, Chinese, and Taiwanese!)

· Amenities: In-door W/D, community lounge, BBQ grill, swimming pool, fitness center, parcel room with lockers, trash room
There's also Starbucks, Nob Hill Supermarket, and multiple restaurants in the same apartment complex. Korea town is nearby.
