Looking for a new roommate to fill the 3rd bedroom in our cozy townhouse on a quiet street near the 24th/Mission BART stop. We are near tons of great restaurants, bars, markets, and bookstores in the area.

The unit has hardwood floors, gas range, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and lots of natural light. The bedroom is really spacious (so much room for activities!) and has large windows. It comes unfurnished, but there is the possibility of buying a few pieces of furniture from the current occupant.

We’re looking for a roommate that is friendly, communicative, considerate, and focused on work/study. We clean up after ourselves in the common areas, and are mindful of one another when having people over.

We are:
Nathan, 27y/o molecular biology PhD student at UCSF. Loves to cook, volunteer at the Bike Kitchen, and watch movies at independent theaters.

Jacqueline, 25y/o structural engineer working in downtown SF. Likes exploring the bay area, baking/cooking, reading in parks, and checking out bars and breweries.
