It is a standalone private studio. It is a small space (200+sqft) and well designed to be a comfortable living space - laundry, full bath, countertop area, hanging closet, mini-fridge. Tradeoffs are made like compact bath space, smaller sink, smaller room area. It is for single occupancy.

Location:
The studio is very conveniently located (in a quiet neighborhood near the Philz coffee at Loma Verde Ave), within walking distance to a neighbourhood grocery store, biking distance to Palo Alto Wholefoods, University Ave, Stanford, and CalTrain station, Google main campus, Quad campus, Palo Alto campus.

Pets: No pets allowed, unfortunately.

Rental Agreement:
6+ month lease prefered.
Cleaning and Security deposit $500 (fully refundable on move-out)
Unfortunately, no full kitchen or stove in the studio. A small counter-top area with a microwave, a portable induction stove and a mini refrigerator.
Basic furnitures are available upon request. You are welcome to have your own as well.
