I'm moving so I'm looking for a replacement (preferably female in their 20's/early 30's) for my month-to-month lease ASAP. The room will be available for move-in as early as January 1, 2020. 

The apartment is located next to Highway 101. It's a 5-minute drive (30-minute walk) from Downtown Mountain View, where Castro Street and the Caltrain station are located. It has a full kitchen, living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and small backyard. 

Your roommates will be 2 female working professionals in their mid-20s; they both graduated from Stanford and work in venture capital. 

The room will be unfurnished. Rent for the room is $1073 a month, not including utilities. Utilities (WiFi, PG&E, and Conservice) split between the roommates can range from $75 to $120 a month, depending on the time of the year. Deposit for the room is $230; once you decide it's a right fit for you, you can send me the deposit via Venmo.
