My longterm housemate is moving away and I am on the hunt for another great person to share a large (2200 sq ft) home in the Eagle Hill/ Emerald Hills area of RWC. The home has a lot of "common" areas, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms along with two outdoor entertaining areas, garage, privacy fenced backyard and fenced front yard.

Details:

• Private Room (choice of 3 rooms; furnished or unfurnished)
• Private bathroom
• Use of guest room for out of town visitors
• Share of the whole home and garage (for storage) etc..

Rent = $2,700 + half utilities ($2,700.00 deposit; credit and background check required)

• At least a 6 month lease required

Available for move in around mid February but I can be reasonably flexible for the right fit.

House shared with myself (Stanford Alum, 46 year old professional female now in tech), a 5 year old Australian Labradoodle, a 13 year old cat, and occasional visiting doggy playmates - animal lovers only :)

Looking for a mature, laid-back, respectful and friendly professional type to share the home.

NOTE: Rent reduction for those with vet tech or other veterinary training/experience that can assist with pet care.
