We are two working professionals in our mid-to-late twenties who are interested in finding a rental parking spot for a tiny home on wheels. We would need ~ 500 sq. ft of space and hook-ups to water/sewer/electrical utilities.

I work in clinical research at Stanford and my partner is a software engineer. We both can provide excellent references, both personal and professional. Our hobbies include hiking, cooking, playing music, and playing with our indoor cat.

We are looking for a family-owned residence that has room to spare in a back lot or surrounding area. Our budget for monthly rent is $850-1100, depending on space and utility costs.
