Looking for roommate for immediate move-in. $2,100/month plus utilities and internet (utilities total around ~$100 a month). I'm currently on a lease that expires end of April, but would be looking to re-up for around another year. Would estimate that your portion of the rent would go up around $60 or so based off historical increases.

My roommate moved to SF, and I’m looking for someone to move into his old room. It’s a master bedroom with connected private bathroom and walk-in closet in two-bedroom apartment. My old roommate had the living room furnishings, so you can bring couch, chairs, etc., or, if you don’t have any, I am also thinking about purchasing my own. The development is new (I was the first tenant in this unit), and it’s right off 101 at the Marsh Road exit. Super close to Facebook and with easy access to Menlo Park, Palo Alto, and Redwood City.
