The house is set back from the residential street and is quiet. Kitchen, living room and backyard are shared common areas. The available room has been freshly painted. The bathroom is shared with one other person. Amenities include washer and dryer, dish-washer, garbage disposal, fully-furnished house, and parking for your car.

Utilities are $100 each person per month additional and include water, gas, electricity, Internet access and wireless broadband (DSL), and housecleaning service.

The room is unfurnished, but our out-going roommate is looking to sell the bed shown in the photos.

This house is very close to Safeway (2 blocks), Trader Joe's (4 blocks) the Stanford Shopping Center (3 blocks), Stanford (5 blocks), downtown Menlo Park (4 blocks), and downtown Palo Alto (5 blocks).

ABOUT US:

One professional (an entrepreneur in the mobile health industry and founder coach) and another in retail. We work hard during the week, and are out and about on the weekends - biking, playing sports, hanging out with friends. Over the years roommates have included Stanford students, engineers, venture capitalists, startup founders, and teachers.
