Looking for a new "home sweet home?" Look no further!

Come live with a group of young professionals working at Stanford, Google and the Carnegie Institute in a spacious 4BR 2BA home in Palo Alto. One of our current residents is moving on, opening up the Master bedroom for someone to replace them through the duration of our current lease (through the end of May 2020) with the possibility of signing a new lease for another year! The Master bedroom has its own attached private bathroom with a shower, and a view onto the back garden. This gorgeous home includes a large communal living room (outfitted with a projector for your gaming and tv/movie watching needs), a dining room, a kitchen with all appliances (most under a year old!), a washer and dryer, a fenced, private back garden with a bonus shed for storage. You'll also have a designated parking spot in the driveway. The household values cleanliness as well as sociability, is LGBTQ-welcoming, and 420 friendly. No pets allowed, per the landlord.

Conveniently located off University Drive, with easy access (1 minute from home!) to 101 North and the 101 South, 2-3 minutes to the Dumbarton Bridge.

The space will be available starting March 1st, but will be open to negotiation to possibly move in earlier if needed.

Please e-mail with the following information if you are interested in touring the home:
