The room is part of a 4-bedroom 2-bath townhouse. Since this is the master bedroom, one of those bathrooms (a 3/4) is all yours. The room also comes with a spacious walk-in closet. Currently, the other tenants are two female Stanford grad students (one of them also has a dog), and a Stanford technician. The house has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, central heating, and A/C. You would also have your own parking space. Washer/dryer is coin-operated and shared with other units. The real selling point is the location: all of downtown Menlo Park, multiple parks, Caltrain, and Stanford are in easy walking distance.

The arrangement would be a sublet at $1850/mo until the end of June, at which point the current lease is up and you will have the opportunity to renew. The exact move-in date is negotiable, and would be around the end of March.
