Close (5 miles) to Stanford main campus, 15mins drive or 35 mins bike.

This bedroom is fully furnished, with a new queen sized bed and mattress, closet, dresser, shelves, desk, chair.

We have sofa, 4k TV, dining table, fully furnished kitchen.

We are young professionals (both work for Stanford University), pet-free, non-smoker, don't do drugs, pretty chill / laid back. we are quiet but outgoing and very friendly. Both of us travel a lot.

Room is available from NOW, leasing term is flexible.
The rent is $1750 plus $100 utilities.
